Michael Snyder is the executive director of the <a href="http://www.itlc-fleettech.com" target="new">Information Technology and Logistics Council</a> of the American Trucking Associations. He has more than 15 years of executive information technology systems experience. Michael has taught database development concepts commercially and at the university level. Michael has been active in Oracle user groups as a presenter and volunteer for many years and was the President of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Oracle Professionals (MAOP). Mr. Snyder has been the Scoutmaster of NCAC, Boy Scout Troop 772 for 14 years and has been active in Scouting as an adult leader for 20 years.
